Kalik Launches New “In Our Hands” Campaign

NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Kalik unveiled its new “In Our Hands” Independence campaign celebrating Bahamian culture through four limited-edition label designs.

NASSAU , BAHAMAS – Widely recognized as the beer of The Bahamas, Kalik is celebrating the nation’s Independence with a new campaign featuring limited-edition designs that will appear on television screens, digital platforms and store shelves.

The campaign, titled “In Our Hands,” was officially unveiled during an exclusive launch event.

The “In Our Hands” campaign highlights Kalik’s four core pillars: the cowbell, conservation, connectivity and culture.

Each pillar is represented by its own limited-edition label.

Speaking at the launch, Commonwealth Brewery Marketing Director André Woldt said the campaign reflects both national pride and a sense of community.

“The team brought it to me because, of course, it’s summer, it’s about hot temperatures, but it’s also about Independence. Every Independence is a good reminder for the brand to take the flag and ask, ‘What do we want to celebrate this year?'”

Local visual artist Theo McClain was selected to bring the campaign’s creative vision to life.

McClain says while the marketing team provided the overall direction, he was given the creative freedom to make the designs his own.

To further bring the campaign to life, a commercial was produced by Lavado Stubbs, owner of Conch Boy Films.
