UNITED STATES – Kobe Bryant’s debut Lakers jersey just sold for $7 million, making it the fourth-most expensive game-worn jersey ever.

Worn during his 1996 rookie season, the jersey originally sold for just over $115,000 in 2013.

Bryant, a five-time NBA champion and 18-time All-Star, spent his entire career with the Lakers.

Only jerseys worn by Babe Ruth, Michael Jordan, and Diego Maradona have fetched more at auction.
