Man Accused of Having Sex with 15-Year-Old Boy

NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A 37-year-old man is behind bars after being accused of having sexual intercourse with a 15-year-old boy. 

Jonathan Brown was not required to plead to a charge of unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor with the same sex when he appeared before Senior Magistrate Carolyn Vogt-Evans.

Brown was remanded into custody as the magistrate cannot grant bail for the offense.

He will remain in prison unless granted bail by a Supreme Court judge.

Brown returns to court on March 9.
