NASSAU, BAHAMAS –  A man is accused of using his vehicle as a dangerous instrument when he allegedly rammed a man at an ATM drive-through.

Garvin Smith is accused of jumping the line at Commonwealth Bank’s drive-through on May 31.

That’s when Delano Carey,  who was next in line, got out of his car and went to the ATM.

Prosecutors say Smith pinned Carey to the wall with his van.

Magistrate Anishka Isaacs set Smith’s bail at $3,000.

His trial is set for September 23.
