NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A 29-year-man who police say set his uncle and grandmother on fire during an argument now faces attempted murder charges.

Ricardo Richardson allegedly poured a flammable liquid and lit his uncle Emile Humes and his 74-year-old grandmother Magnola Moxey afire at their Gibbs Corner home on November 27.

Richardson didn’t have to enter a plea to the charges when he stood before Magistrate Algernon Allen Jr.

Bail was denied and he next returns to court on March 28 to receive voluntary bill of indictment papers.
