NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A man accused of two murders and an attempted murder has been arrested again.

Prosecutors say Derico Bowe breached the conditions of his bail on multiple occasions in October, November and December of 2024 by failing to check in with police.

Bowe denied violating his bail conditions at his arraignment before Magistrate Raquel Whymms.

Bowe, who has two prior bail violation convictions, was sent back to prison to await his trial that’s set for March 12.

Bowe, who is also known as “Sparky”, is charged with the murder of Andrew Mackey and the attempted murder of Dentry Williams on April 4, 2022.

The charges stem from a shooting at Winder’s Terrace.

Bowe is also accused of the April 30, 2022 murder of Arison Pratt.

Prosecutors say a gunman, alleged to be Bowe, fired at a crowd of men sitting on a wall in front of a home on Malcolm Road East, killing Pratt.
