NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A Fox Hill man has been charged with murder after last week’s double homicide at the park in the community.

Twenty-six-year-old Kyle Jones of Grant Street, Fox Hill, appeared before Senior Magistrate Derence Rolle-Davis for the March 6 murders of 32-year-old Patrickedo Rose and 46-year-old Alfred McKenzie.

Police said both men were at Fox Hill Park when they were ambushed and shot by two gunmen.

Rose was on bail for six murders while McKenzie was not known to the court system, police said.

Jones did not have to enter pleas to the murder charges and bail was denied. He returns to court on May 31.
