NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A 52-year-old man faces vehicular manslaughter charges who prosecutors say caused the death of Winston Davis in a wrong-way crash.

Prince Dean allegedly drove his red Toyota Passo north along Frederick Street around 1:55 am on June 8, when prosecutors say Dean’s car hit a Honda Fit, which overturned on a sidewalk landing on top of Davis.

The derby road resident, who appeared before Senior Magistrate Carolyn Vogt-Evans, was not required to enter a plea to the charge and was granted $10,000 bail.

He returns to court on November 24th for a voluntary bill of indictment.
