Man Charged With February 6th Murder

NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A 21-year-old man is facing charges after a man on bail for murder was shot dead in broad daylight.

Prosecutors say Kevon Bain is responsible for the February 6 murder of Edlin Severe, otherwise known as T Boy.

At around 3pm on the day in question, Severe was walking along Hospital Lane when a gunman emerged from a park and killed him.

Severe, 31, was on bail for the August 18, 2017, murder of Marco Neely at Hospital Lane.
Bain didn’t have to plead to the murder charge when he appeared before Magistrate Kendra Kelly.

Bail was denied and he returns to court in May to receive voluntary bill of indictment papers.
