Man Charged with Molesting Eight-Year-Old Step Granddaughter
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A 58-year-old man is behind bars accused of molesting his eight-year-old step-granddaughter.
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A 58-year-old man is behind bars accused of molesting his eight-year-old step-granddaughter.
The man, whose name has been withheld to conceal the child’s identity, faced three counts of unlawful sexual intercourse with a dependent when he stood before Assistant Chief Magistrate Carolyn Vogt-Evans.
Prosecutors say the man molested the young girl in January, May, and June of 2025.
The man wasn’t required to enter a plea to the charges and was denied bail.
He’s back in court on November 27 to receive voluntary bill of indictment papers.
