Man Charged With Raping Woman in Eleuthera
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A man is facing charges after a 27-year-old woman was allegedly raped and beaten in Eleuthera.
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A man is facing charges after a 27-year-old woman was allegedly raped and beaten in Eleuthera.
Derek Ingraham, 52, appeared before Chief Magistrate Roberto Reckley charged with rape and causing harm.
The charges stem from an incident that allegedly took place in Lower Bogue, Eleuthera on December 28.
Ingraham was not required to enter pleas to the charges as he will stand trial in the Supreme Court.
The matter is expected to be fast-tracked to the higher court on April 30.
