Man Dies After Crawling Inside Jet Engine
USA – Utah police are investigating the death of a man who crawled into a Delta Air Lines jet’s engine at Salt Lake City International Airport.
USA – Utah police are investigating the death of a man who crawled into a Delta Air Lines jet’s engine at Salt Lake City International Airport.
The 30-year-old accessed the secure ramp area through an emergency exit, crawled into a non-running engine, and was found unconscious.
Identified as Kyler Efinger, authorities say he had a boarding pass for a Denver flight.
Efinger was discovered during a search prompted by a disturbance report. Police, the FAA, NTSB, and TSA are investigating.
