NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A man is behind bars after he was accused of a double shooting at a party that left one man dead.

Prosecutors say 19-year-old Isaiah Davis murdered Antonio Forbes Jr. and attempted to murder Chansel Taylor on August 25.

The victims were at a party in Bozine Town when a gunman, alleged to be Davis, shot them.

Davis was represented by Attorney Ryszard Humes when he stood before Chief Magistrate Roberto Reckley on Monday.

He didn’t have to enter a plea, and bail was denied.

Davis is back in court on February 27, 2025 to receive voluntary bill of indictment papers.
