NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A 22-year-old man has been jailed for six months for beating his girlfriend’s son with a broomstick.
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A 22-year-old man has been jailed for six months for beating his girlfriend’s son with a broomstick.
Richard Tamiko Fox pleaded guilty to cruelty to children at his arraignment before Assistant Chief Magistrate Carolyn Vogt-Evans.
Fox admitted that he went overboard when chastising the seven-year-old boy for breaking his television.
Fox battered the boy with a broomstick, causing bruises to his arms and legs.
