NASSAU, BAHAMAS – The nation recorded yet another murder Thursday night in the Golden Gates Community. Police revealing that it was their Shot Spotter technology that alerted them to the gunshots.

Police say a man in his mid-twenties was driving a moped west on St. Barts Road when the occupants of a small dark-colored vehicle pulled alongside him and shot him multiple times. 

Police were not able to provide more information on the identity of the victim last night.

Officer-In-Charge of the Carmichael Road Police Station Chief Superintendent Mark Barrett speaking initiatives to clamp down on crime, adding it will not be tolerated.
