NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Police are looking for the suspects responsible for the shooting death of a man who was shot and killed while riding a moped, off Carmichael Road Thursday night.

NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Police are looking for the suspects responsible for the shooting death of a man who was shot and killed while riding a moped, off Carmichael Road Thursday night.

Chief Superintendent Chrislyn Skippings says the man was heading west along St. Barts Road on the moped when a small dark colored vehicle pulled alongside him and the occupants opened fire on him, shooting him several times.

Emergency Medical Services personnel arrived on the scene and found no signs of life.

Chief Superintendent Mark Barrett said police will not tolerate these types of incidents in communities, appealing to members of the public to speak up if they saw something on know something about the incident and those responsible.
