NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A man, in his late teens, was fatally shot multiple times though Lazaretta Road on Saturday night.
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A man, in his late teens, was fatally shot multiple times though Lazaretta Road on Saturday night.
Police Press Liaison Officer Chief Superintendent Chrislyn Skippings said the incident happened just after 9:30pm through Carol’s Close off Lazaretta Road.
“Residents heard gunshots in the area and when they came outside they found a male with multiple gunshot injuries to the body,” she said.
“At present we are not sure surrounding the circumstances surrounding this particular incident however we are investigating and are appealing to the residents of this community who may have seen something – we are asking you to kindly come forward and provide information to the officers of the Criminal Investigations Department.”
Skippings also confirmed that the victim is a resident of the Lazaretta Road area.
