NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A man who was on bail and being electronically monitored is dead after his attempt to rob a woman turned deadly Saturday night.
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A man who was on bail and being electronically monitored is dead after his attempt to rob a woman turned deadly Saturday night.
According to Assistant Commissioner of Police Kenwood Taylor, a woman was getting out of her car at her Elizabeth Estates home when she was approached by the lone gunman.
Taylor said the suspect was out on bail for murder and armed robbery.
He said there were no indications that the two knew each other, adding the suspect was shot in the upper body.
Taylor said police are working to ensure patrols are conducted.
