Man Pleads Guilty To Unlawful Sex With Girlfriend’s Daughter
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A 43-year-old man who repeatedly molested his girlfriend’s daughter has been sentenced to seven years in prison.
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A 43-year-old man who repeatedly molested his girlfriend’s daughter has been sentenced to seven years in prison.
The man, whose name has been withheld to conceal the child’s identity, pleaded guilty to 12 counts of unlawful sexual intercourse when he appeared before Justice Renae McKay as part of a plea deal.
The court heard that he began molesting his girlfriend’s 11-year-old daughter in December 2020.
The matter was reported to police on November 8. 2021 after the girl’s mother learned about the abuse.
