NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Three years after a man was gunned down outside a Kemp Road home, tragedy struck again outside the cooper’s terrace residence.

This time four gunmen ambushed a man as he was standing outside.

The violence was all caught on surveillance footage.

Both murders were eerily similar.

This was the scene Sunday morning when a man was tragically killed outside a home on Cooper’s Terrace off Kemp Road.

The surveillance video obtained by Our News shows a silver car pulling up and three men jumping out.

The trio standing outside appeared to spot the car coming.

Two of them started running from the scene.

What happens next is chilling.

The victim, who Our News understands is Mario Brown, tried to get away on a motorcycle.

But he couldn’t outrun the gunmen who unleased a hail of bullets as brown lay on the ground dying.

This isn’t the first time an incident like this happened outside the home.

And the killings had striking similarities.

I was on the scene on December 3rd 2020.

Where a similar shooting also took the life of a young man.

At the time, then police press liaison officer Audley Peters told reporters a small car pulled up and four armed men exited the vehicle and killed Alfred Bastian Jr. Bastian junior was the brother of Renardo “Crack teeth” Bastian.

Bastian was killed in 2021 along with five other men on st. Jerome avenue and Chesapeake road.

A mass killing that remains unsolved to this day.

Back in April 2021, their father told us their killings have left a void.

But they’re not the only families grieving double deaths.

Today’s victim Mario Brown also had a relative who was murdered.

His brother, Darnarrio Saunders, was one of those victims.

Brown’s killing is the 5th murder for the year.
