Marijuana Legislation Complete, AG Says
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – The marijuana legislation is near completion, according to Attorney General Ryan Pinder.
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – The marijuana legislation is near completion, according to Attorney General Ryan Pinder.
Pinder says the legislation has already been finalized and was sent to the Ministry of Health and Wellness.
Back in December, Pinder says it was unlikely the government will present the marijuana legislation to Parliament by the end of 2022.
Free National Movement Leader Michael Pintard said the delay wasn’t surprising.
