Mexican Man Pleads Not Guilty to Raping 58-Year-Old Woman
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A Mexican man accused of rape told a police officer that he had consensual sex with his alleged victim.
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A Mexican man accused of rape told a police officer that he had consensual sex with his alleged victim.
Juan Mendoza, 38, of Mount Pleasant Village, is accused of forcing himself on a 58-year-old on September 26, 2020.
But, according to Mendoza, the woman made up the rape accusation because he didn’t want a serious relationship with her.
Mendoza, who’s on bail, has pleaded not guilty to the rape charge at his trial before Justice Guillimina Archer-Minns.
