NASSAU, BAHAMAS – The University of The Bahamas Mingoes set to host a recruiting drive for volleyball in Grand Bahama.

UB is looking for the next big athletic stars this weekend in Grand Bahama. The men’s soccer team, men’s basketball team and women’s volleyball team will be recruiting athletes this weekend at the St Georges Gym.

The women’s volleyball program is on the rebound and Head Coach Raymond Wilson says he’s not only looking for the diamond in the rough but an all-around student athlete.

Here in New Providence, the GSSSA track and field championships underway with day one action at the Thomas A Robinson Stadium. The event will wrap up on Friday afternoon.
