GRAND BAHAMA – It was a warm and festive welcome outside Grand Bahama’s domestic terminal, when 9 of the 50 wedding planners and travel agents arrived on the island.

These VIPs, all excited to discover what makes The Bahamas the perfect place for weddings and romantic getaways.

The planners and agents were divided into groups to explore several islands, including Abaco, Andros, Eleuthera, Harbour Island, and Exuma.

But the moment the group landed in Grand Bahama, it was clear they were already falling in love.

The group then boarded a tour bus for a journey across the island, visiting top sites and getting an up-close look at the magic Grand Bahama has to offer.

Coordinator at the Ministry of Tourism Ava Andrew says this experience is more than just a tour of the islands, it’s about helping planners create unforgettable experiences for their clients.
