NASSAU, BAHAMAS – The family of a man brutally killed in 2022 is not happy about a plea deal and 15-year sentence for his accused killer and former friend.

Her son Omar was stabbed to death on August 15th, 2022 after he went to visit Toussaint at his home at orchard’s terrace.

In court it was revealed that while there, the pair got into an argument and toussaint stabbed davis multiple times, killing him. Then, Toussaint put Davis’ body in bags, which he put in the trunk of Davis’ car.

The vehicle was abandoned in bushes near the Caribbean Liquor Store on East Avenue, where Toussaint worked.

The police found the car and Davis’ remains the following day.

Toussaint took a plea deal to a reduced charge of manslaughter yesterday and was sentenced to 15 years imprisonment, minus the time he’s spent in custody.

Whymns says she’s disappointed and nearly two years later says their family is still reeling from the killing.
