MOU Signed Between Nature Conservancy and SBDC
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A memorandum of understanding signed between the Access Accelerator Small Business Development Center and The Nature Conservancy Wednesday.
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A memorandum of understanding signed between the Access Accelerator Small Business Development Center and The Nature Conservancy Wednesday morning, cementing their agreement to create the new, blue economy accelerator program.
The goal is to help generate “reef-positive” businesses, that protect and restore natural resources and strengthen local economies.
The SBDC receives $400,000 funding from The Nature Conservancy’s partnership with the Global Fund for the Coral Reef’s program, “Impact Funding for Bahamareefs”.
The nature conservancy will also serve as technical support and provide assistance with science-based metrics.
