NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A man accused of killing a man outside a bar last December has been denied bail a second time.

Samuel Meadows, 32, is accused of fatally shooting Keith Barr outside of the Blitz Bar on December 16.

Police said that an argument between two men inside the bar spilled outside and ended with Keith Barr being fatally shot.

Meadows was initially refused bail in March by Justice Neil Brathwaite in March.

Justice Brathwaite rejected Meadows’ bail application today after finding that there had not been a change in circumstances.
