Murder Suspect Back In Court on Attempted Murder Charges

NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A man is behind bars after being accused of attempted murder.

Prosecutors say 28-year-old Shaquon Dean shot Ricardo Bullard multiple times while they were outside a home on Cottonwood Street on July 26.

Dean faces charges of attempted murder and possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life in relation to the shooting.

He was not required to enter pleas to the charges when he appeared before Acting Chief Magistrate Roberto Reckley.

Bail was denied and he is next due in court on December 7.
