New Court Bills To Make Way For Independent Judiciary
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Debate got underway in the House of Assembly to, among other things, cut executive control over court facilities and management. The court services bill is one of those bills and according to Housing and Urban Development Minister Keith Bell, it will provide administration and court services for the court.
