NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Officer-In-Charge of the Road Traffic Department Chief Superintendent David Lockhart addressing drunk driving concerns in a University of The Bahamas Responsible Drinking Forum.

Lockhart said if an officer suspects that a driver is drunk, the person must give consent for a blood or urine sample, which makes the job of an investigator quite difficult.
