NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Opposition Leader Michael Pintard is lashing out at the Attorney General, claiming the AG is “absolutely wrong.”

Pintard outlined his sentiments in a memo, Tuesday, noting that he recieved a letter from the Clerk of the House of Assembly, during which he learned the Attorney General “instructed the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Public Works, Mr. Luther Smith not to attend the scheduled Public Accounts Committee meeting, although he was duly served with a summons.”

In the memo, Pintard noted the AG advised that formal communication would be made, and Pintard is now in possession of that.
