NASSAU, BAHAMAS – She’s a founder and marketing director but now this entrepreneur is focusing on self care and wants Bahamians to take a load off their feet with her newest business venture.

Pedi in a Bag brings the soft life and self care to Bahamians – at least that’s how owner Randia Coakley describes her business.

She says she got the business idea during the pandemic as a way for others to take care of themselves at home.

But her journey is just beginning, as Pedi in a Bag took a year to develop.

She originally started with sugar scrubs but decided she wanted her product to be different from others on the market.

Beyond that, Coakley paid special attention to the look and feel of her product.

Family and friends were among the first to try her new and improved product, all giving positive reviews.

In 2016, she placed second in the Inknowvation Pitch competition with 16 other Caribbean countries in October 2022.

But the good news doesn’t end there.

Coakley explains the goal behind her business.

Pedi in a bag is available in two scents: sicilian nectarine and provence lavender, both based on coakley’s favorite countries italy and france.

Pedi in a Bag is 50 percent off during the month of February.

Find them at Her Appeal online or in store, or connect with them via Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok.
