Pilot Denies Killing Airport Employee Back in June 2024

NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Pilot Donald Ferguson Jr. denied a murder charge during his arraignment in the Supreme Court on Friday.

NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Pilot Donald Ferguson Jr. denied a murder charge during his arraignment in the Supreme Court on Friday.

Ferguson’s appearance before Justice Guillimina Archer-Minns came three days before the anniversary of Godfrey Giovanni Rolle’s murder.

Prosecutors say Ferguson shot and killed Rolle in the parking lot of Jet Nassau on  on June 16, 2024.

Fergsuon’s case has been assigned to Justice Dale Fitzpatrick.

The 27-year-old’s next returns to court on June 27 to learn his trial date.

Meanwhile, Ferguson remains on remand at the Bahamas Department of Correctional Services.
