NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Pilot Donald Ferguson II is behind bars on charges of drug conspiracy and murder.

Prosecutors say the 26-year-old resident of Nassau East North is responsible for the June 16, 2024 murder of Geoffrey Geovani Rolle.

The 38-year-old was at Jet Aviation where he worked as a ramp agent when he was allegedly gunned down by Ferguson.

Ferguson is also facing conspiracy and abetment charges in relation to a $10 million drug bust in Acklins last December.

Prosecutors allege that between October 1, 2024 and December 6, 2024, Ferguson and seven others conspired to import cocaine and marijuana into Acklins.

He’s also accused of abetting the importation of the drugs on December 6.

Police found the drugs when they searched a plane after it crash-landed in bushes in Acklins and the pilot fled.

Ferguson didn’t have to enter pleas to the charges when he stood before Chief Magistrate Roberto Reckley.

Bail was denied and he’s back in court on April 17 and May 8 to receive voluntary bill of indictment papers for the murder and drug conspiracy charges.

Ferguson’s legal woes don’t end there.

He could face extradition to New York as he was named in an indictment last November that alleged his involvement in a drug trafficking ring.
