NASSAU, BAHAMAS – The Bahamas is open for business, according to Prime Minister Philip Davis, who says tourist bookings for the next quarter are at “historically high levels”. He attributes the optimistic outlook to declining COVID-19 cases in the country.

Davis gave the keynote address at the Caribbean Hotel Investment Conference & Operations Summit held at Baha Mar Resort.

The Prime Minister insisted the government’s decision to get rid of the state of emergency shows that The Bahamas is safely and wisely opening for business.
