NASSAU, BAHAMAS – It’s been 4 years since the Progressive Liberal Party won the September 2021 general election and according to the Prime Minister, it’s been a term filled with more highs than lows.

The Prime Minister also told reporters there’s a lot more work to do. Joshua Williams reports.

The Progressive Liberal Party was voted into office on September 16th, 2021 after defeating the Minnis-led administration at the polls.

Prime Minister Philip Davis says despite criticism, he’s pleased with the progress his administration has made.

For many, the jury is still out on how they’ve performed, but the Prime Minister tells me the proof is in the pudding.

The opposition has questioned the Davis Administration’s handling of the economy, Bahamas Power and Light, Value Added Tax, public healthcare, redevelopment of the Grand Bahama International Airport and the sale of the Grand Lucayan Resort.

Davis admit’s they’re not perfect.
