NASSAU, BAHAMAS – The Bahamas is joining forces with regional partners to send a message that they will not tolerate the unchecked flow of illegal firearms into our communities.

That according to Prime Minister Philip Davis who met with members of the Royal Bahamas Police Force, Wednesday, to discuss the filing of a brief in a United States court against gun manufacturers.

The action is in support of Mexico, which last week asked CARICOM members to support its case. PM Davis says regional leaders expect gun manufactures to respect and support the efforts.
