NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Environmental protection and preservation is high on the list of priorities for Disney Cruise Line, following the introduction of the company’s fifth cruise ship, and as it works on its second destination in The Bahamas.

Disney Signature Experiences President, Thomas Mazloum, outlining the company’s commitment to protecting the natural beauty of The Bahamas. That includes factoring in the environmental effects of expansion on Disney’s island destination Castaway Cay, and the future development of Lighthouse Point on Eleuthera.

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Tourism, Chester Cooper, recently welcomed the Disney Wish into the Port of Nassau, noting the transformational or magical effect of the company.

Cooper also applauding dcl for its work to preserve the environment at Lighthouse Point, throughout development.
