NASSAU, BAHAMAS – They are called the Epic Awards – a quarterly staff recognition of outstanding employees at Cable Bahamas Group of Companies.
Described as “keeping a core value focusing on people” by ALIV Chief Executive Officer John Gomez, nominees are submitted from across the various lines of business.
Vice President of Human Resources Ed Duncombe says it is important to recognize excellence and so far it’s catching on.
Getting these Epic Awards off the ground takes a whole lot of effort and coordination led by the Human Resources Department. Head of Training, Janelle Hutcheson is a part of that team making it happen.
