NASSAU, BAHAMAS – If you are a Cable Bahamas customer, chances are you have had to interact with a technician. Our News got a chance to ride along with veteran REV technician Herman Rolle.

With tools in hand, the morning was spent traveling from home to home, completing tasks, changing cable connections, setting up modems, replacing set-top boxes, and even climbing into manholes.

The 15-year veteran shares that meeting the customer’s needs is what’s paramount.
