NASSAU, BAHAMAS – In the true spirit of giving, the Rotary Club of East Nassau came to the aid of eight families in need just in time for Christmas.

Providing toys for the kids and tailored groceries for each household, they didn’t stop there. Spreading festive cheer, club members serenaded the community with Christmas carols.

The Fox Hill Run, a 48-year tradition organized by the club during service Saturdays, is more than just a race. It’s a platform for impactful community service. Rotary Club of East Nassau President Christian Knowles calls its a rewarding effort.

And the response from the community has been overwhelming Secretary Valentino Bethell tells us they even bought a wheelchair for a disabled man in the area.

And this Rotary club’s efforts go beyond one-time initiatives with monthly visits to families in need.
