MICHIGAN – Sean ‘Diddy’ combs has been ordered to pay $100 million in a sexual assault lawsuit after a Michigan judge on Monday ruled by default when Combs did not attend the virtual hearing.

Derrick Lee Cardello-Smith, a convicted felon, accused Combs of drugging and sexually assaulting him at a 1997 party in Detroit.

Combs’ lawyers have denied the allegations, vowing to have the judgment dismissed, calling Cardello-Smith a “convicted felon and sexual predator.”

Combs is also facing multiple other sexual misconduct allegations.
