NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Two teen robbers received a second chance when they were placed on probation for two years.

The boys, ages 13 and 15, were arrested and charged after Shawn Greene was robbed of a cellphone, clothing, shoes, and cash on April 28, 2024.

They pleaded guilty to robbery and conspiracy to commit robbery as part of a plea deal when they appeared before Senior Justice Cheryl Grant-Thompson.

As part of the agreement, each of the boys will pay Greene $532.52 in compensation.

The teens, who have been in custody since their release, will be freed once payment is made.

They’ll return to custody for one year if they get into trouble during the probationary period.
