NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A man accused of murder has been granted $15,000 bail after the prosecution didn’t object to his release.
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A man accused of murder has been granted $15,000 bail after the prosecution didn’t object to his release.
Prosecutors allege that Jermeko Knowles and another person are responsible for the fatal shooting of Leroy Bethel in Hatchet Bay, Eleuthera.
The incident happened on April 10, 2023.
If Knowles meets the conditions of bail, he’ll be fitted with an ankle bracelet before his release from custody.
Knowles will also be required to keep a curfew and check in with police weekly.
