Security Guard Granted $5K Bail
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A security guard accused of using his phone to record under a Subway customer’s skirt has been granted $5,000 bail.
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A security guard accused of using his phone to record under a Subway customer’s skirt has been granted $5,000 bail.
As a condition of bail, Kron Wallace has to wear an ankle monitor.
He returns to court for his trial on February 24.
Prosecutors say that Wallace indecently assaulted a 19-year-old Subway customer while she was at the restaurant’s soda fountain on November 15.
