NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Police have charged a security guard they say used his cellphone to record up the skirt of a woman at a Subway restaurant.

Kron Wallace was on the job when he allegedly indecently assaulted the woman on November 15.
The 21-year-old Gibbs Corner resident was still wearing his uniform when he appeared in court.
Wallace pleaded not guilty at his arraignment before Magistrate Subusola Swain.
He was remanded to prison overnight and returns to court on Friday for a bail hearing.
