NASSAU, BAHAMAS – White Ribbon Day was observed on November 1. The annual observance is a global movement of men working together to end male violence against women and girls.

Senator Michaela Barnett-Ellis says it is her hope that here in The Bahamas leaders across the country understand that the day is more than wearing a white ribbon.
