NASSAU, BAHAMAS – The Ministry of Health hosting a press conference yesterday to update the nation on the fight against HIV.

Director of the National HIV / AIDS and infectious diseases program, Dr. Nikkiah Forbes telling media that as it relates to the “Aids free generation,”  they are having success in reducing mother to child transmissions.

Dr. Forbes says that less than 200 children are living with HIV in the country.

Forbes also says testing has come a long way.
