Sixty-Four-Year-Old Convicted of Sex With a Minor, Gets Four-Year Sentence

NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A 64-year-old mam has been jailed for four years and six months after he admitted to having sex with a minor.

Henry Saunders was sentenced after he entered a guilty plea during an appearance before Justice Guillimina Archer-Minns.

On March 7, 2009, police officers were on patrol on Yellow Elder Way when they caught Saunders having sex with a 14-year-old girl in his car.

Saunders was 48 when he committed the crime, and, according to him, he’s now a Christian.

Following his release from prison, Johnson will be placed on probation for three years.

If he’s convicted of any crime during this period, Saunders will be spent back to prison for three years.
