ROYAL CARIBBEAN – Cruise operator Royal Caribbean Group is said to be in discussions with new and existing markets around the world to recruit thousands of workers to staff its ships and private destinations to keep up with record cruise demand.

With cruise popularity reaching an all-time high in 2023, the company reportedly aims to recruit approximately 10,000 employees this year.

Despite a slight dip in its sea-based workforce last year, Royal Caribbean’s land-based staff, including private destinations, saw a significant increase.
